Peabutter Energy Bars
3/4 Cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter
3/4 Cup Liquid honey
3/4 Cup Packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 Cups Quick cooking oats
1 1/4 Cups Crispy rice cereal
1 Cup Raisins, dried cranberries, or chopped dried apricots
1/2 Cup Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Spray a 13x9 cake pan with cooking spray (or line with plastic wrap)
In a saucepan combine Peabutter, honey, brown sugar, and cocoa.
Cook over medium heat 6 mins or until smooth, stirring often.
Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in oatmeal, cereal, dried fruit, and seeds.
Press batter firmly into prepared pan.
Cool before cutting into bars.
