Peabutter Popcorn :

- 10 cups air popped corn
- 3/4 cup golden corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Place sugar and corn syrup in a medium pan over medium heat and stir constantly until it comes to a boil and sugar is dissolved (about 4-5 minutes).
Remove from heat.

Add peabutter and vanilla and stir until mixed.
Pour over popcorn and stir until coated.
Spread out on a large greased baking sheet to cool.

This is an excellent snack and is not as sweet as caramel popcorn.
