Apple Peabutter Caramel Bars:

 

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ¾ cup margarine
- 2/3 cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13X9 pan.Mix flour, oats & brown sugar. With 2 knives or a pastry blender, cut in margarine & peabutter until crumbly. Reserve 3 cups of mixture. Press remainder into prepared pan.

Filling:

- 1 ¼ cups apples, peeled cored & chopped
- 1 – 14 oz. pkg. Caramels, unwrapped
- 2 Tbsp. Milk
- 2 Tbsp. NoNuts Golden Peabutter

Sprinkle apples over flour, oat mixture in pan. Microwave caramels & milk on high for 2-3 minutes, until smooth, stirring occasionally. Stir in peabutter. Drizzle caramel mixture over apples. Sprinkle reserved flour, oat mixture over top. Pat down slightly. Bake 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Cool & cut into bars.
